Base Compensation
Base compensation varies based on the state you reside, previous birth record and if you are a first-time or repeat surrogate. Base Compensation is distributed once you are pregnant in nine equal payments.
Reimbursable Benefits
Reimbursable benefits are pre-determined at legal to be paid at cost for items such as additional medical bills, travel, bedrest, childcare and etc. Surrogates should never incur any out-of-pocket costs for journey expenses.

Frequently Asked Questions
At SurrogateFirst, our Surrogate Compensation Packages start from $40,000 to $60,000 with additional benefits up to $20,000 based on location and number of previous surrogacies.
There are also many other benefits that you can receive for your contribution. Full health benefits, life insurance, and all other related costs are covered.

If you refer friends, you can also earn up to $1,000 per referral!
It will takes 1-12 weeks to conduct the surrogacy research, 1-4 weeks to make sure the applicant meet all the necessary requirements, After that we will take another 2-8 weeks to go through the rest of the application process and finally, sign the agency contract.
After that we will go through the medical screening process that will took up around 1-4 weeks followed by 1-2 weeks of psychological evaluation.
The matching process with intended parents will usually takes 2-8 weeks. After that, you will start taking medication and attend the monitoring appointments for 4 weeks before transfer of embryo. If it’s a success, you will be having the first ultrasound 4-6 weeks from transfer. If the transfer of embryo fails, we will try again in 2 weeks time.
You will be released to OB care after 8-10 weeks from the embryo transfer, where you will be well taken care of the entire time until the successful delivery.
We take your profile, our current intended parents’ profiles and look for the best fit for both of you. We have years of experience matching surrogates and intended parents. You are a key part of this process; we will always have both the surrogate and intended parents approve the profiles. When both parties feel that there could be a possible match, we then set up a video meeting for you to get to know each other.
