This is a full-time remote role for an Intake Coordinator in the field of Surrogacy. As an Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the intake process for individuals interested in surrogacy. This includes conducting initial assessments, gathering necessary documentation, and providing guidance and support throughout the process. You will also collaborate with other members of the SurrogateFirst team to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

• Empathy and understanding of the surrogacy journey
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in case management
• Knowledge of medical terminology especially IVF and surrogacy
• Familiarity with insurance processes and documentation
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
